Currently there are several shipping options, if you have a preference please note this when you order.
In the event of customer receiving damaged goods, we will email details about the refund or replacement procedure. Customers must call or email us within 3 working days of receipt of the damaged goods to be eligible for replacement or refund.
You have the right to return the goods within seven working days from receipt of the goods. This does not apply to special order items that we may not be able to return to the distributor. You will be reimbursed within thirty days of our receipt of the goods at our store location. For returns other than damaged goods you will have to pay postage and you will also be charged handling fees.
We will deliver the merchandise through the fastest and most efficient dispatch service. We reserve the right to choose the best carrier for each delivery. Goods ordered are normally shipped within 48 hours. If a customer's goods are not shipped within 7 working days, we will email them with an update on the order's progress. Customers can then choose to either wait for the goods to be delivered, accept a refund or pick an alternative item from our stock
